I HAVE A SPECIAL NEEDS PET. CAN YOU HELP?

Contact us to see if we are a good match for your pet. We are experienced in giving oral or injected medication to many pets.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK A SERVICE?

Please book your overnight pet sitting or drop-in care as early as possible. We fill up fast, especially during holidays and school breaks. For dog walking, booking a week ahead is best.

HOW DO I SCHEDULE AND PAY FOR MY SERVICES?

We use a pet scheduling app called Time to Pet that handles all bookings and payments on your phone or computer.

WILL YOU NEED A KEY TO MY HOME?

We need two copies of house keys to gain access of your home.

WHERE DO YOU GO FOR DOG FIELD TRIPS?

Considering your pet's social preferences and comfort level, we may choose a park with open spaces to minimize close interactions with other animals. Should your pet enjoy the company of others, we might opt for a local bike trail or a dog-friendly nature trail. Our primary goal is to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for your pets.
